About Stef Harkon
Stef Harkon was one of the UKs first professional skateboarders. During the first wave of British skateboarding, he was regularly featured in the media and skated with many of those who later made their names in the hit Sean Penn narrated film, Dogtown and the Z-Boys.
Harkon went on to settle in Cornwall, where he became a professional lifeguard and competitive surfer. Over the course of working for 25 years plus on Cornish beaches he frequently competed at a high level as a triathlete. Today, he still surfs and skates as hard as ever.
